From Wilmington:
Take I-40 West toward Raleigh. Then take exit 414 toward Castle Hayne/Hampstead. Turn right at Holy Shelter Road. Holy Shelter Road turns into Island Creek Road. Continue on Island Creek Road for an additional 3 miles. Make a sharp left on NC Hwy-210. At the stop sign make a right onto NC Hwy-210 West. Avendale is located about 2 miles up the road, on the right.
From Hampstead:
Take Hwy 17 N toward the intersection of Hwy 210 West, at the corner of Food Lion and CVS Pharmacy. Turn left onto Hwy 210 West. At the fork veer right. Make a right at the stop sign. Avendale is located on the right.
